@Mcowger - LOL - fair enough. You've got to remember I live in a strange land where I've been using sub-LUN FAST, and vSphere 4.1 for the last 3 months :-)

You won't have to wait very long :-)

Chad, slightly off topic here, but I need to ask. Has VAAI in 4.1 changed the old best practice of roughly 25 VMDKs per LUN? Or is the integration (say with VMAX) tight enough where I can have very large LUNs and not worry about SCSI reservations?

@mcowger - as you saw, sub-LUN FAST GA'ed shortly after the post.

@michael - yup, it sure does. Don't rush to change yet, all the BPs are in the process of being updated.
