There's no better source of input than a customer's own voice. You'll notice that we're not perfect - so you know he's sincere :-)
We are seeing great success with SRM and EMC - customers really like it. There are gaps - to be sure - and I'm in Palo Alto right now and we're working furiously to continue to innnovate together (and yes, we're working on those things you've pointed out and more)
Virtual_JTW - thank you for being an EMC and VMware customer!
I can't speak for Virtual_JTW but I can speak for his local VMware SE, "Dave". That would be me. Jerry described the afternoon quite well. The one thing I would like to see is the cleanup of the snap in the test scenarios. Virtual_JTW and I added the snap cleanup as a test mode checkpoint in SRM but it would be great to have the SRA do this automatically.

We hear you loud and clear Dave - the SRAs are adapting pretty fast (including snap cleanup). I was also in Palo Alto this week and showed the SRM team what we think is next - drop me a line, and I'll show you too :-)
