Excellent blog post Chad. It's difficult to be impartial when expressing your own views but I can see simple stacks being the go to method to get greenfield sites up and running. Brownfield is not always as easy but embracing this mindet to move towards a vertical stack that is tightly controlled and integrated should be on every IT leaders agenda. The data and control planes are defo areas where innovative concepts need to come to fruition especially if we want to sell the nirvana.
