A fascinating insight into the mind of someone standing up an IaaS service.  He holds us to task (as he should) – it’s a pretty solid insight into what we’re doing, what we could to better, and what we need to do :-)

Jeramiah – thank you for being a customer – and don’t let us do anything other than aim for perfect (failing inevitably, but in the act of trying, get pretty darn good)
